Sri Ch.V.K.Narasimha Rao, who proved that with hard work every farmer can gain deserving respect in our country, was, conferred the “Dairy Farmer Award”. The Andhra Pradesh Animal Husbandry Department had recommended his name for the prestigious National Award which was conferred at the National level Agricultural fair Krishi Vasant held by the Central Institute on cotton Research in Nagpur from 9^th to 13^th Feb.  He received the award on Feb 12^th from the hands of the Maharashtra Chief Minister Sri Prithviraj Chavan.

 An engineer-turned-educationalist-turned modern dairy former, the founder of Sri Prakash Educational Institutions and Managing Director, Chitturi Agro and Lactating Foods (CALF) Pvt Ltd, with his untiring efforts, is helping set up scores of satellite dairy milk units in and around Tuni and Payakaraopeta in East Godavari and Visakhpatnam districts respectively, thereby encouraging even the educated youth to turn to this age old field in their career. This was indeed a great occasion for the farmer community.

Sri Prakash Vidya Soudham celebrated 65^th Republic day Very Grandly.  The president of Bharateeyam Samstha Mrs. Gottipati Satyavani (Bharateeyam Satya Vani) visited sri prakash as a Chief Guest. She was honoured by NCC cadets and hoisted the National Flag.  Later she spoke with the students who wer born in India were very great and even the Gods felt that the Indians were born in India were very great and even the gods felt that the Indians were greater than Gods.  But in that country all the people become dishonest.  She said that students should bring the change in India.  This word is a building and India is a prayer room in that building.  So there should not be any un social activities.  The one who went to foreign countries are waiting to come to our mother land.  The foreigners are addicting to bad habits at the age 21 but Indians, at the same age are coming to know about them selves.  The teacher has the power to create a student as a doctor, engineer etc.,  so she reminded the teachers that it is the responsibility of a teacher to identify the talent of a student.

How to apply

Application forms can be obtained on payment of Rs.300/- at the respective school/college office.

Applications duly filled in by the candidate in his/her own hand writing, should be submitted along with relevant certificates. The management reserves the right to cancel the admission, if it is found that he/she has furnished wrong particulars.

Rules & Regulations

• Students must attend the college punctually and regularly in prescribed uniform.
• Each student should put in a minimum of 90% attendance.
• Students should not absent themselves except for valid reasons, as they have to invariably submit leave letter endorsed by the parent and should bring the parent if leave exceeds three days.
• Students are allowed to visit home during vacations only. Failure to attend the college on reopening day after vacation may result in imposition of fine Rs. 25/-per day.
• Hostellers should not allow days scholars into hostel premises
• Hostel students should avoid bringing gold, valuable articles, cash etc. Management is not responsible for loss of such things.
• Cell phones & Electronic Goods are prohibited in the school/hostel premises.
• Visiting hours for hostel are from 8-00 a.m. to 6-00 p.m. on every second and fourth Sundays of the month normally.
• Visitors are not allowed to meet students during school / college hours.
• Parents are not allowed to stay in hostel during night time.
• Fee should be paid in time and any deviation will lead to removal of student's name from the rolls.
• Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• There will be fee hike every year.
• Students shall abide by the rules in vogue and fine or issue T.C. or suspend a student in case of breach of conduct.

Kum. B.Sireesha a former student of SPACES Degree college of 2008-11 batch bagged five awards in b.com AU final exam.  She is going to receive the following awards at the 81^st convocation of AU which will be held in February 10 this year.

The woman topper award in AU area

Sri CH.V.k. Narasimha Rao congratulated the proud achiever.  Joint Secretary Sri Ch. Vijay Prakash appreciated the faculty members for this laurel.  Sri K.Veerraju, Principal Incharge quoted the occasion as milestone and urged the students to be hopeful positively for their bright carrier as well.

The Chekumukhi Science Quiz competition was conducted by Jana Vigzana Vedika, A.P. In this competition Sri Prakash Students got 1st place in Mandal and Districts. K. Abhishek (8th class), A.P.S. Manideep (9th class), G.S.G. Teja (10th class) and attempted next level in January 18,19,20 in Visakhapatnam for state level quiz competition.

Marking the 81st Birth Anniversary of its founder chairman Dheerubhai Ambhani the grand finale  RDAQ was conducted at  Rangaraya Medical College,  Kakinada on 27-12-2013.  SriPrakashites A.S.Sathwik (10th class), A.P.S. Manideep (9th class) stood first in Zonal level reliance quiz and participated in final at Kakinada.  Sri Prakashites achieved 4th place in District level and won Tablets.  Received prizes from commandant of APSP Rajesh Kumar.  District Educational Officer and other  Reliance officials appreciated the winners.

Mr. G.V.V.S. Prasad is a student of MPC of Inter First Year of Sri Prakash Junior College bagged second rank in the state level competition organized by Ramanujan Maths Academy and Mathematics Library on November 24, 2013, on the occasion of National Mathematics Competitions. G.V.V.S. Prasad was conferred on a memento and Rs.500/- prize money at V.S.M. College in Ramachandrapuram on January 5th, 2014 in the program of Prize Distribution.
