KIDS DAY-2014 (Kerintalu) organized in Sri Prakash Vidya Soudham on 27th March, 2014 amidst of cheerfulness, josh and ecstasy. Students from L.K.G. to V class took active part in this function.
This Kids-Day-2014 is scaled on the basis of creating awareness in children on nation, patriotism, various Indian cultures, customs, crafts, and peoples’ sacrifice.
In schools, students take pledge everyday just mechanically and regularly but not with its value felt. Everyone should understand why the pledge is taken and what character we get by following the pledge in our life.
The people of Payakaraopet had every reason to be proud of felicitating an eternal “work smith” in the name of Sri Ch.V.K. Narasimharao, Managing Director of CALF, who is actually well-known as an educator owning Sri Prakash Educational Institutions in Visakhapatnam and East Godavari Districts. But the felicitation was not in recognition of his Academic Services. It was for his unique underlining of the Indian legacy of developing Dairy Farms- integrating the clusters of villages with satellite Dairy units through which dairy farming can be scientifically elevated to respectable lucrative livelihood. In recognition of his yeomen services the Maharashtra Chief Minister Sri Prithvi Raj Chawan had conferred on him “Dairy Farmer Award (National Level) in Krishi Vasanth held at Nagapur on Feb-11.
Sri Venkateswara College of Education, Payakaraopet hosted theAlumni PEARL ANNIVERSARY of B. Ed students down 30 batches. The first batch students of the 1984-85 academic year interacted with the current batch youngsters and exchanged pleasantries with their former teachers in the most endearing rendezvous.
The Alumni meet started with flag hoisting followed by Jyothi Prajwalana. Sri Prakash flag was hoisted by the first Principal Dr DSN Sastry and the Alumni flag by Sri Ch V K Narasimha Rao, Secretary and Correspondent, Sri Prakash Educational Society.
In the keynote address, Smt P Annie Amala, Principal, Sri Venkateswara College of Eduation acknowledged the services of the former principals and staff members. She also appreciated the Alumni’s contribution and hoped that they would continue to strengthen the institution in the future as well.
Sri Ch Vijay Prakash, Joint Secretary, declared the Alumni meet Open, in the company of the other dignitaries, by releasing the pigeons in to the free skies. To witness how an educational complex can be integrated with an integrated Dairy farm and a Biogas plant, all the alumni were taken on campus visit.
Sri Ch.V.K.Narasimha Rao, who proved that with hard work every farmer can gain deserving respect in our country, was, conferred the “Dairy Farmer Award”. The Andhra Pradesh Animal Husbandry Department had recommended his name for the prestigious National Award which was conferred at the National level Agricultural fair Krishi Vasant held by the Central Institute on cotton Research in Nagpur from 9th to 13th Feb. He received the award on Feb 12th from the hands of the Maharashtra Chief Minister Sri Prithviraj Chavan.
An engineer-turned-educationalist-turned modern dairy former, the founder of Sri Prakash Educational Institutions and Managing Director, Chitturi Agro and Lactating Foods (CALF) Pvt Ltd, with his untiring efforts, is helping set up scores of satellite dairy milk units in and around Tuni and Payakaraopeta in East Godavari and Visakhpatnam districts respectively, thereby encouraging even the educated youth to turn to this age old field in their career. This was indeed a great occasion for the farmer community.
Sri Prakash Vidya Soudham celebrated 65th Republic day Very Grandly. The president of Bharateeyam Samstha Mrs. Gottipati Satyavani (Bharateeyam Satya Vani) visited sri prakash as a Chief Guest. She was honoured by NCC cadets and hoisted the National Flag. Later she spoke with the students who wer born in India were very great and even the Gods felt that the Indians were born in India were very great and even the gods felt that the Indians were greater than Gods. But in that country all the people become dishonest. She said that students should bring the change in India. This word is a building and India is a prayer room in that building. So there should not be any un social activities. The one who went to foreign countries are waiting to come to our mother land. The foreigners are addicting to bad habits at the age 21 but Indians, at the same age are coming to know about them selves. The teacher has the power to create a student as a doctor, engineer etc., so she reminded the teachers that it is the responsibility of a teacher to identify the talent of a student.
