ACADEMICS
The school ventures to afford a wide choice of activities at all levels of schooling. The separate laboratories for physics, chemistry, biology, mathematic, physical education and computers @ one system per student and digital classrooms with auditorium set up are sure to enliven the learning experience of students. Our school has a spacious library containing books, on fiction, general knowledge, references coupled with all leading newspapers and magazines.
The school follows the CBSE curriculum and Chrysalis provides material up to classes V.
Our academic programs help the children build a broader thought process and increase their problem-solving skills alongside their confidence. We ensure that our classes are highly interactive where children can ask more questions and use their sentence formation skills. We help children grow in a way that they are independent and can complete their homework with very little or no help from their parents or teachers. We ensure that they feel very comfortable in using English and score exceptionally well in tests.
The classes begin by setting up a learning goal and creating an understanding of what the students already know about the topic. Teachers demonstrate concepts by experiments and conduct group activities to ensure an interactive atmosphere in the classroom. The child is made to ask questions before they act which helps them work on the “application questions” independently. We strongly believe in rigorous practice sessions, daily assessments, and work towards encouraging and supporting each child individually.
Our smart classes empower teachers with the latest technology inside the classroom to help them teach the curriculum in-depth and more effectively. The classroom environment is made lively by providing various learning platforms to students. The teachers can choose from a mix of teaching tools such as the traditional chalk and blackboard coupled with graphics, animations, audios and videos to explain concepts.
Children can enjoy a wide range of pursuits in well-equipped activity halls provided separately for music, dance, arts, etc.
What makes a difference when it comes to sports and games is that there are well-curetted playgrounds for Cricket, Football, Volleyball, Kabaddi, Skating, Throw ball, Hockey, and many other games. We have a 200-meter running track. Efforts are underway for developing the ground for new games.
