Understanding Sushumna Kriya Yoga Meditation

With the pressure mounting up on the students of Grade X who are going to appear for the SSC board examinations in the month of March, need for a workshop on concentration and emotional balance is the need of the hour. A special work shop of 2 hours on Sushumna Nadi Kriya yoga was thus conducted at our school on 4th Feb, the auspicious day of Ratha Saptami. Mrs Sirisha Rudra Raju, mentor, Divya Babaji Sushumna Nadi Kriya yoga Foundation, Conducted the workshop throwing light on the ancient and powerful technic of Kriya yoga that was practiced by our sages. Focussing on cosmic energy, she elaborated on SUSHUMNA NADI YOGA and its practice to channelise our energies in the right direction. She made the audience spell bound with her talk on the functioning of brain, our behaviour basing on our mental condition and the ways to win over the emotional conflicts. She reinforced on the practices to be followed for generating positive attitude within us. Mrs. Sireesha made the students practice the Sushumna Nadi yoga for 45 minutes. She urged all to practice the same for 45 days to stream line our thought processes to get best results. Mrs Sirisha was accompanied by Smt. Padmaja, a yoga practitioner and mentor herself, who promised us to continue with the sessions for 45 days further in our school at the best interest of the students.
