As part of Yatra, students of Grades -3&4 visited the fields of Pedda Rambhadrapuram. Children explored a variety of vegetable plants such as green chilly, ladies finger and brinjal. Students also observed creepers like Ridge guard and Pumpkin. They observed coconut trees and palm trees with full of palm fruits on the way. A farmer named Lakshmanarao explained about the paddy crops. Students showed enthusiasm to see how farmers were cultivating paddy crops. They posed questions about preparing soil for the crop, quality of seeds and how to sow the seeds. They enjoyed planting the saplings along with farmers. They also observed different types of leaves. Overall they had a good experience in visiting types of crops, plants and enjoyed the nature too.
