VII C.B.S.E students of Sri Prakash Vidya Niketan visited C. C. Mattresses Pvt. Ltd, at Kesavaram to understand coir Mattresses manufacturing process from Mr.Alok Kumar. Students learnt about the process and how it happens step wise collection of raw fiber, wired rope, carded form, sending to conveyor belts to form coir sheets, sprayed with latex and coir moves on continuously to heating chamber, desired size of coil, Ready for dispatch, Mattress covered with designed quitted cover.
