Children of Class – 3 identified various vegetables, grains, spices and sea food sold in the village fair @ Bendapudi and learnt the price of different vegetables, weighing and bargaining and process of preservation. They interacted with different vendors like vegetable, spices, dry fish and sapling and learnt the process of weighing the vegetables by observing different weighting stones like Kg, ½ kg, stones etc. students noticed few of the vendors selling their goods not only in kilos but also in dozens. This made them very interesting. They also observed the same vegetable or good is sold in different prices and learned about their profit and loss in a day.
