As a part of experiential learning Grade-4 students and teachers visited the Meteorological Department, Tuni on 30.8.2023. Our learners interacted with the meteorologist Mr.Apparao of Meteorological Department Tuni. He explained the students about the weather forecasting recorded using different tools for every 3 hours of a day. Students explored how the elements like temperature, humidity, precipitation and rain fall affect the weather of a place. Students were shown and explained about measuring tools like Thermo meters, hygrometer, barometer, anemo meter and Self-recording rain gauge. This trip consolidated the learning of patterns in weather. Our students enjoyed the trip and acquired knowledge on the different elements of weather. Finally, they thanked Meteorologist Mr. E. Apparao with a memento.
