World Students' day is celebrated every year on the birth anniversary of the former President of India A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. Celebrating the day's importance, Students of Grade-1 and Grade-5 have No Bag Day -they have enjoyable learning with different subjects activities such as, Story narration, Essay writing, making models, drawing, Map work, poetry recitation etc. Students of Grade-5 shared their views about the different stages of Abdul Kalam's life, as a brilliant and illustrious scientist as well as the President of India, his experiences, quotes, books written by him, awards and inspirational qualities.
The students explored the exceptional characteristics of the missile man of India and presented a wide variety of articles about him. They understood the reason behind why he was called the people's President.
