LOCATION OF THE SCHOOL :
1. The school is situated adjacent to NH-16, P.L.PURAM, PAYAKARAOPETA.
2. The nearest Railway station is TUNI on the Vijayawada –Visakhapatnam main line and 3 Km away from the school.
3. The nearest bus stop is TUNI RTC Complex 3 Km away from the school.
4. Transport will be provided from both the railway station and RTC complex to our school.
1. All the matches shall be played according to the rules of Volley ball Federation of India, with modifications wherever applicable and with CBSE Games guidelines.
2. The first position winning teams will qualify to participate in the CBSE National Championship.
3. A team shall consist of a maximum number of 12 players.
4. Please ensure that there should be a coach/manager accompanying
the Team.
Every school should submit all the necessary documents at the time of registration and also send the same copy to sriprakash.cbse3333@gmail.com on or before 19th Sep 2024.
The organizing school will not accept any entry without the above information.
The player should be within the particular age-group on 31st December of the year of competition.
● Accommodation and arrangement for food will be done in the school campus. Caution deposit Rs.2500 will be collected at the time of issuing the accommodation and will be refunded while leaving the campus provided there is no missing/damage of the school property. An amount of Rs. 500/- (Five hundred only) per head per day will be charged towards expenses and Payments will be on full day basis and no partly payment will be collected/deposited. The participating schools will not insist for refund of part payment.
● Teams are expected to carry their own bed sheets, blankets, toiletries and other personal equipments.
● Outside eatables are not permitted inside the school’s dining hall.
● All the meals will be served in the school dining hall.
● The team member may please be instructed to observe discipline, code of conduct and use the school property with utmost vigilance.
● School will not be responsible for any kind of loss of valuables including gold, ornaments, mobile phones or money.
● If school property is damaged by the participating team members, the damage cost will be incurred by them only.
● It is mandatory for all the teams and officials to participate in March-past. They must bring their school flag for the ceremony.
● Parents are not allowed inside the school campus.
● Team manager / coaches will be responsible for the conduct and behaviour of their players during their stay in the premises.
● There will be a meeting of coaches/ managers on 1st October, 2024 at 6:00 pm in the school premises to finalise the fixtures.
● On arrival at the organizing school, the team needs to report to the Principal/ Organizing Secretary/Sports Director.
For the convenience of the participating teams, the School buses will be available at the TUNI bus stand and Railway station. You are requested to inform about your arrival along with the details of mode of travel over telephone to the Transport committee. Mr.Ch.Rambabu (9440542117) & Mr.E.S.K.Madhavan (7989051039).
