The Women Empowerment Cell in SPACES DEGREE COLLEGE is established with the goal of empowering women socially, economically, and legally, with a special emphasis on enhancing their decision-making abilities. The cell organizes various activities and guest lectures aimed at accelerating academic advancement, leadership development, and cultural enrichment among women.

MISSION
To create awareness among students about their social, legal, and constitutional rights to prevent gender-based exploitation.
To provide a platform for young women to express their ideas through activities like skits, slogan writing, debates, etc.
To eliminate low self-esteem and deeply rooted gender bias and discrimination.
To motivate students to take positive action toward protecting nature and the environment.
To instill ethical values, positive self-esteem, and confidence in young women, enabling them to make informed decisions.
