Sri Prakash vidyaniketan hosted Inter District Yoga Competitions from 21 to 23 October 2023. This program was conducted by District Schools Sports Federation.Nearly 400 students from 13 districts under the age group of 14 – 17 from Andhra Pradesh participated in this yoga championship.Chief Guest was local M.L.A Sri Pendurthi Venkatesh. Nearly 50 yoga teachers, trainers participated to organize this program. The famous yoga guru and winner of President’s award Sri Moturu Bhairava swamy attended the program and said that yoga is the only way to maintain sound health. The director of Sri prakash educational institutions said, yoga has become more popular throughout the world and there are more opportunities in the field of yoga for the current generation. Student performed different yoga postures and showed an excellent performance.
