Creative energy is a personal impulse to absorb and discover new things, to create and break boundaries. It's a mindset that can be applied to everything that people do. Creative energy is important because it can help students to solve problems, to foster personal development, to broaden perspectives, to be more active and present, to innovate and last but not the least to be resilient. In order to inculcate the above qualities among the students of Sri Prakash Junior, the college management has designed a special programme and named it SPICE (Sri Prakash Intermediate Creative Energies) with a tag line “UP IN ORBIT”
"In orbit" is an idiom that means to be thrilled or delighted, especially about someone's success. Hence, the management of Sri Prakash Educational Institutions always wishes that the Prakashites should always possess the required skills and talents that every employer would like to see in their working partners.
Mr. V.V.S.S. Bhanu Murthy, principal, Sri Prakash Junior College has briefed the importance of the programme and wished the students would grab the opportunity to exhibit their talents and reach the required energy levels. SPICE 2024 was celebrated in two phases. First one for Sri Prakash Junior College Boys’ wing and second one for Sri Prakash Junior College Girls’ wing.
In both the programmes the students have exhibited their creative talents equally. Wonderful dance numbers both new and old melodies were displayed by the students with lots and lots of energy levels. Group songs sung by the students caught the attention of the audiences. Stand up comedy programmes were exhibited by several students. Some funny games were also conducted separately for the students and staff members. At one level all the staff members were surprised that their young pupils could exhibit such energy levels. Truly it was a memorable event.
Definitely, they carry, these happy memories with them for the years to come.
