College Principal VVSS. Bhanumurthy said that their Sri Prakash students were selected in the state level selections for handball, basketball and hockey held from 8th to 10th of this month under the auspices of School Games of Federation. He said that in the under-19 category, 8 students were selected in Handball for girls division, 4 for boys’ division, two for girls’ division in basketball, one for boys’ division and one for hockey under-19 boys’ division. The students selected for the state level sports competitions were commended by the head of Sri Prakash educational Institutions,CHVK. Narasimha Rao and Joint Secretary CH. Vijaya Prakash. Lecturers, Physical education teachers Balaraju, Durga babu, parents and others congratulated the selected student for the national level competition.
