    Sri Prakash always encourages students to be active in both academics and games & sports which is the core norm. Class-X Students P. Divya Sai, M. Harsha Veena, M. Mohanaga Lakshmi and S. Niyantha of SPVN, CBSE have participated in Basketball, District Level which has been conducted in Visakhapatnam and they have bagged 1st place. Chy.P. Divya Sai of class – X has got selected in State Level Basketball as she has shown her last drop of sweat to grab the opportunity. 

Sri Prakash always invites distinguished persons from various fields to implant the ideas to steer their lives smoothly. As a part of it, there has been an awareness programme conducted by Anakapalli police to bring consciousness about explaining various acts which support children.
They have explained about anti- social elements such as dowry system which is an evil to the society under domestic violence/ dowry prohibition act,1961, Child Ragging which completely spoils their lives, so there must be Anti – Ragging Squad in every school under AP Prohibition of Ragging Act,1997, They have further expounded  about Child Marriages which must be prohibited under Prohibition of Child Marriage Act,2006, Children must not be addicted to Drugs, must not be attacked with acids which are our responsibilities to protect younger generation. Children must be aware of Immoral Trafficking under Immoral Trafficking Prevention Act,1956, gender of a child in not known through any agency before birth under Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques Act,1994, Children must be protected from sexual abuse under Protection of Children from sexual offence Act,2012, No films should be taken based on the emotions of a child and treat children with love, affection and Safe touch by parents. 

Prakashites showed the best performance in the district level yoga competition and were selected for the state level yoga competition to be held in Kurnool on September 10th 2023 which was conducted by Visakha Yoga Sports Association on 30^th July at Seethammadhara, Krishna Mandir, Visakhapatnam under the Visakhapatnam District Yoga Championship-2023.

Its once again a proud moment for Prakashites. Chy. G. Soma Surya Charan of Class -VI and Chy. G. Harshavardini of Class-VIII have shown proficient talents and got qualified for the state level yoga competition in Under -14 Yoga competitions organized by the National Yoga Federation of India JNTU at Kakinada on July 23.   Chy. G. Soma Surya Charan won the first position in traditional and rhythmic yoga category where as Chy. G. Harshavardini won the first position in traditional yoga category. The meritorious students have been widely appreciated and congratulated.

Sri Prakash has introduced a decorum named Investiture Ceremony in which students who have leadership qualities are selected as council members through physical and written tests. It helps students to shoulder all responsibilities on their shoulders to face their real-life situations.  Leaders may not be born but they can be shaped and they are made superbly in the garden of Sri Prakash.

Sri Prakash has a tradition to develop physical, mental and spiritual health among all students. So, Sri Prakash celebrates Yoga Day on 21st June every year to bring awareness about them and inculcating the importance of Yoga Day.
Yoga is an exercise that we perform by balancing the elements of our bodies. In addition, it helps us to meditate and relax. Moreover, yoga helps us to keep controlling of our bodies as well as mind. It is a great channel for releasing our stress and anxiety.
The U.N. General Assembly declared June 21 as International Yoga Day following a resolution moved by India and co-sponsored by a large number of nations. The first International Yoga Day was observed on June 21, 2015.
On the eve of Yoga Day all Prakashites have performed Yoga postures and Mudras to motivate others to keep their bodies and minds healthy. NCC cadets and NSS volunteers have inspired the gathering. Senior Principal Sri M.V.V.S. Murthy, Vice-Principal Smt. A. Aparna and In-charges have participated in this programme.

Sri Prakash always motivates students to participate in various events according to their inclinations and abilities frequently which is our core policy and encourages students to develop the first-rate mind, will power and curiosity among all students every year. In order to improvise the scientific temperament and to bring their hidden talents, SUCHIRINDIA FOUNDATION is conducting National Level Science Olympiad every year. Chy. M. Hansini of class – VIII has bagged 2nd Rank in the most prestigious Sir C.V. Raman Young Genius Award in National Level which was conducted on 4th February 2023. 

Sri Prakash has a lore to create the interest among the prakashites to celebrate various festivals to imprint in the young minds. It always encourages them to uplift Indian culture and heritage. As a part of it, Prakashites have performed the Saraswati Puja on the occasion of Vasant Panchami in a festive mood which is spellbound to all. Vasant Panchami is celebrated every year on the fifth day of the bright half of the Hindu lunisolar calendar month of Magha, which typically falls in late January or February. 

Vasant Panchami is the festival dedicated to goddess Saraswati who is their goddess of knowledge, language, music, and all arts. All the in-charges, teachers and students have enjoyed this festival.
