On 17-02-2020 (Monday), our SRiPrakash-Payakaraopeta-State Board-VI class students went to P.L.Puram Village Panchayat for Field Trip. The officers in Panchayat (Grama Sachivalayam), mainly Village Secretary-head of the Panchayat from Govt. Side explained us. Very well, the functions of various officers in their streams and the village panchayat in the development process of the village. Our Students also co-operated them and also asked few questions, such as:1. Who will provide funds to village Panchayat?
2. Who is the headman of village Panchayat and what is his role in the development of that village?
3.Who will conduct Grama Sabha and how many times will they conduct Sabhas in one year?
Mr.Bhasha, Grama Volunteer, answered all the questions of the students and co-operated us to make our field trip a grand success.
