B. Srinivasa Rao, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishat, Vsp conducted a seminar On chandrayan --2 Project in SPVN P. R. Peta .
All Sriprakash Students are enlightened and clarified their doubts about Mission Chandrayan--2.
Highlights in the Seminar:
1. India is the fourth country after U.S., Russia and China who sent Rovers to the Moon.
2. India is sending Rover to the south pole of the moon which is always dark on that side.
3. The Rocket launches with in 16 minutes and 13 seconds about 181.6 km above the earth.
4. Chandrayan --2 satellite ,Vikram lander with payload comes out.
5. Pay load reaches the land controlled orbit path .
6.It wanders 17 days in the Roddassi and goes near to the moon and it is made to go around another 6days.
7. There after Chandrayan--2 is brought out of the payload. It revolves around moon for 28days.
8. Vikram lander comes out of the pay load 50 days after the launch of Chandrayan--2.
It descends to the South Pole on the 54th day, the 6th or 7th of the September.
9. Differences in the days after lander landing safely.... out of it ...Pragyaan Rover comes out.
It spins in a 500 --- meter area over the moon.
10. Pragyaan Rover carries soil, chemical, water traces elements and minerals from moon to ISRO. Scientists believe that the water is freezing mainly at the moon's south pole. That's the reason Rover is being landed there.
