On the occasion of International Day Against Drug Abuse and illicit Trafficking, all government organizations, including educational institutions, actively participated in awareness events across Tuni. As part of the initiative, students of Sri Prakash Vidya Niketan, Tuni, took part in a rally organized by the Police Department , Tuni to spread awareness about the harmful effects of narcotic drugs.
The students marched with great enthusiasm from Raja Ground, passed through Gollapparao Centre, to reach Police Station, Tuni. The rally aimed to sensitize the public, especially the youth, about the dangers of drug abuse and the importance of a drug-free society.
Mr. Geetha Krishna, Circle Inspector, Tuni range addressed the gathering and emphasized the destructive impact of narcotics on young lives. He also highlighted the need for active youth participation in eradicating drug abuse from society.
The event reflected a strong message of unity and commitment among students, teachers, and law enforcement personnel towards building a healthy and drug-free nation.
