Students of class 6 went to Tuni Municipal office on 30th January 2019 to gain some knowledge and clarify various doubts they had regarding Municipal Council. Town planning officer P.Prasad hosted our students & staff and gave the details of Municipality to students. Our students now came to know the various sections of Municipal Office and their services. Municipal commissioner Sri A.Venkata Rao guided the students through various questions and also informed that Tuni Municipality received “Swatch Municipality” award. Municipal chairman Sri Inuganti Satyanarayana informed students about the total population of Tuni and the strength of the staff in Municipality and the various measures taken every year to protect public from health related issues. He also informed our students to take active part in protecting their surroundings. Senior Principal Mr.M.V.V.S Murthy, Headmistress Smt. B.Seetarani and Vice Principal Smt.B.Srilakshmi felt happy for such a great learning outcome from the trip.
