Students of class VIII went on an educational trip to Junior Civil Court on 2-2-19 and interacted with the magistrate Sri V.Gowri Shankar Rao. He clarified various doubts of our students about various laws and rules of the judiciary.
Shankar Rao garu explained the various writs of judiciary like Habeas Corpus, Mandamus , Prohibition and Certiorari. He lectured our students about various sections and their applications. Our students came to know the differences between civil and criminal cases and Bailable and non Bailable offences. The reason behind βThemisβΒ the lord of Justice was known to our students. Students felt happy and educated. Students also had a look on the external and internal features of the court.
