We have taken Grade-1 children to D-Mart as a part of field trip to show the things which we get from plants and animals. D-Mart is a chain of hypermarkets in different parts of India . The children have observed and learnt about different types of food items like cereals, pulses, nuts, spices, oils, gums, pencils, erasers, paper and clothes, which we get from plants. They also explored the things like bags, shoes, milk products which we get from animals. They shared their learning and happiness to teachers. They understood that all kinds of things are available at place in D-Mart. So people can shop all things.
