Mrs. S. Uma , mother of S Nagendra, Grade IX attended the ‘Parent as our Guest ‘ program , as a parent guest, and interacted with the students.
During the session, she introduced the students to the fields of embroidery, and creative design work, and explained how these skills can provide self-employment and independent earning opportunities in today’s society. She emphasized the value of creativity, consistency, and practical learning in building a strong foundation for successful future careers.
Mrs. Uma also shared her personal journey of learning embroidery work by watching YouTube tutorials with complete dedication. Her hard work and passion have brought her to a great stage today — people from various areas visit her shop and request her embroidery designs, and she has now become a well-known embroidery artist in the Routhulapudi region. Her story served as an inspiring example of how commitment and continuous learning can transform skills into a profession.
She motivated the students to maintain discipline, stay focused on their studies, and develop skills that make them self-reliant and confident individuals. She encouraged every student to aim high, set goals, and achieve success through hard work and individual talent.
