Learning outcome : Recognize the members of an extended family.
We invited Mr. Suresh’s family to Athidhi with the theme ‘My Family’. They shared their experiences of the cooperative life in an extended family. They also explained how they celebrate the festivals altogether, how they help one another, have dinner all together and how they enjoy going on trips, etc.
Children could identify the relations such as grandparents, parents, uncles, aunts and cousins.
