On 06.08.2024, the grade 4 students of Sri Prakash Vidyaniketan, set out on an exciting field trip to Agricultural farm, where they explored the wonders of farming. The students were greeted by farmer. Mr. Raju who led them on a comprehensive tour of the farm. They explored the fields, learning about crop rotation and soil conservation, irrigation systems and water management. The students also participated in hand-on activity such as: Planting in the farms.
The trip provided a valuable learning experience about the people who work hard to put food on our tables and importance of agriculture in our daily lives. A big thank you to Mr. Raju, farmer for hosting us!
