Coming together and sharing a meal is the most communal  and binding things in almost every place in the world.The sharing of food has always been part of prakashites.Children prepared delicious dishes like sprouts salad and sweet corn salad . As a part of food sharing children displayed the healthy food items like Ragi laddu, fox tail porridge ,great Millet roti ,tender Palm shoots,groundnuts, sesame laddu etc.. These types of sharing food can greatly boost our well being,it benefits not only our Physical health but also our social and emotional wellness.
