Road safety education is vital for people of all ages. As a responsible citizen, we  should be aware of each and every road safety rules. Observation is the key skill we need in ensuring road safety. Safety education begins right from our school. By obeying safety rules and regulations, we  can save ourself and others on the road. Today, student road safety is given more priority than earlier. Students are the future of a country and hence as a citizen, it is our responsibility to protect them .To raise awareness on this, we had with us an eminent guest Sri.G.Appanna Babu garu ,Traffic Inspector, as a guest of Honour on 24th July at Sri Prakash Vidya Soudham ,Payakaraopeta. Students of grade 4 had a very good interaction with him and his crew.Important Road Safety Rules were shown through a power point presentation which included Awareness of Traffic Signs,Hand Signals, Direction Indicators, Traffic Signs and Symbols, Lanes of the Road,Speeding Limit, Always Wear your Shields, Maintenance of Your Vehicle…..He also shared- Rules are created to maintain uniformity in people and hence we should strictly follow safety rules and regulations to lead a safer and happier life. Proper guidance and support can help us  ensure  road safety.
