In order to keep our environment clean and hygeientic, we must manage the waste that we generate, properly. For better understanding this, class 5 students were taken to dairy farm as a part of hands-on experience. Children learnt the working conditions of the ‘Bio-gas plant’ and milk dairy. Mrs. V. Sridhar garu, Bio-gas operator, demonstrated the process of production and how we can effectively manage waste. Students enjoyed the petting of animals and milking cows. It was a worthwhile tour to the dairy farm and listen to the people there and their experience in farms. All in all, it was a great learning experience to our students.
