The renowned Telugu film writer, director and song writer Sri J.K Bharavi was honoured with  the Veturi Memorial Award by Veturi Sahiti Peetam and Sri Prakash Cultural Association. Fans of Veturi and lovers of literature have heavily driven to the celebration at the Chitturi Metro. 
The prominent Telugu film writer, director and songwriter, Sri J.K Bharavi stated that Veturi’s pen was multi-edged. The nine strains would overflow in Veturi’s songs. The power to evoke any kind of feeling was possible for him and he could even play with simple and complex words. 
Veturi Sahiti Peetam and Sri Prakash Cultural Association, Tuni and Payakaraopeta offer literary awards to well-known film writers every year during Veturi Jayanti celebrations. Similarly, this year’s 13th Veturi literary award went to Sri J.K. Bharavi, the eminent Telugu film writer, director and songwriter.  
Sri Koduri Ramachandra Mohan, Additional Commissioner and Executive Officer of S.V.V.S. Devastanam and Sri Perala Sita Rama Prabhu, Rasamaduri Founding President were our guests of honour for this grand event.

                       The 47th Anniversary Celebrations of “Josh” concluded on a grand note at Sri Prakash.
The 47th Anniversary Celebrations of “Josh” were celebrated in Sri Prakash Educational Institutions with mesmerizing and cultural performances by Prakashites. Bollineni Krishnaiah, Founder & Chairman BSCPL Infrastructure Limited, Former Chairman of Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) was the Chief Guest for the mega event. Guests of honour on this occasion were the Chief Executive Officer, Basavatharakam Indo American Cancer Hospital & Research Institute Dr. Kurapati Krishnaiah, Former Special Secretary of Andhra Pradesh Sri K. Lakshmi Narayana, IAS, Chairman of SECOBEC Pvt Ltd, Sri Kodali Keshavrao, Managing Director of Advanced Mining Technologies Pvt Ltd, Sri Nadella Venkata Subbarao, Managing Director of Pratap Industries Sri Y.V.S. Chalapathy Rao have attended.
On this occasion all the guests watched and enjoyed the Pre-Sankranti celebrations organized by the Prakashites. The national flag, the NCC flag and the Sri Prakash flag were hoisted and with the lighting of the Josh Torch, the long awaited gala of events kicked off.  The guard of honour by about 300 NCC cadets was received by Sri K. Lakshmi Narayana, former Special Secretary to the Government of Andhra Pradesh. The guests released pigeons into the wide open skies for the peaceful grand celebrations after a gap of five years.
The chief guest Sri Bollineni Krishnayya addressed the gathering on the importance of quality education which is the basic root for good living. He further highlighted the discipline which made a big difference on this grand occasion.
Honourable guest of honour Dr. kurapati Krishnayya  inspired the gathering with his speech, appreciating the Prakashites for their inimitable skills through yoga and pyramids, which wouldn't have been possible without determined discipline. He further stated that students must remember their teachers because they can only mould them by sharing their knowledge and wisdom.
The guest of honour Sri K.Lakshmi Narayana inspired the students in his speech with an earnest appeal to the parents to lay a golden path for their children, by encouraging them to choose whichever field they are willing to excel in, instead of closing on them their personal interests.He even emphasized that every child is unique. He urged the Prakashites  to master the five life skills.

RIM ZHIM CELEBRATIONS WERE GRANDLY CONCLUDED IN SRI PRAKASH 

Rim Zhim - 2023, which has been held for the last 5 days at Sri Prakash Educational Institutions, has come to a grand end. In this program, around 4500 students of Sri Prakash Educational Institutions from Tuni, Payakarao peta, Annavaram have participated in 29 competitions in junior, sub junior, senior and super senior categories on many subjects like literature, music, games & sports, fine arts, theater arts, science.
 The Chief guests are Regional Joint Commissioner and Executive Officer of Sri Veera Venkata Satyanarayana Swami Vari Devasthanam, Annavaram, Sri S. Surya Chandra Shekhar Azad has given away  the prize to the winners in the senior and super senior categories and Inspector of Police, Payakarao Peta P. Appalaraju presented the prizes to the winners in the sub junior and junior categories. 

The child guests are the students who performed well on the Teacher’s Day, have participated in the Group Discussion, “Is student learning facilitated by teachers' teaching? Or is it easier to learn from fellow students? Child guests have expressed and shared their views on the topic effectively.

Sri Prakash has a heritage and a culture to solemnize Teachers’ Day every year to imbibe the importance and the origin of worshipping teachers in a glorious manner. They celebrate this festive occasion in a resplendent form to include all units of organization this year which has become a remarkable memory in the minds of Sri Prakash Team. This year it has been marked very greatly with the Chief Guest Dr. Kantipudi Narendra Babu, the President of Sri Prakash Educational Society, Sri V.V.S.Sharma, popularly known as Commerce Sharma who has shaped many students into various fields and Sri Appalachari, an architect, who has played a major role in constructing various temples in former Visakha district.
       This grand initiative has been started with the Panel Discussion to create the new strategies and resolutions in the education system through the topic “Peer Learning vs Learning from a teacher in the classroom. What works better? And when? ”where all panelists have shared their thought-provoking ideas and it has been concluded with the possible suggestions by the moderator Sri. M.V.V.S. Murthy. 
Sri Prakash always remembers the valuable services of dedicated staff members and felicitates them with honour in a grand manner. In this celebration, Sri Md.Ibrahim has been felicitated by the Joint Secretary Sri Ch. Vijay Prakash. All the in charges have also attended the programme and expressed their views. The Senior Principal Sri M.V.V.S. Murthy has recollected and admired his rendered services on this occasion. 
All the teaching and non-teaching staff have showcased their skills in cultural and sports activities and winning teams have been given prizes. The Joint Secretary Sri Ch. Vijay Prakash has given away the rolling shields to the winners of various cultural events such as singing song and playing skits and panel discussion and he has further given away the mementoes to the Judges of cultural events.

The 47th Sri Prakash Foundation Day celebrations on 19th August 2023 were held in an electrifying atmosphere to realise that “EAST or WEST, SRI PRAKASH stands for ALL THE BEST”.
To prove this point positively, two masters of two invaluable fruits of our age-old heritage – Classical Music and Yoga – Pakhavaj maestro from Hungary, Sri Balazs Viragh, Sri. V Durga Prasad, International Yoga master adorned the Foundation Day celebration on 19th as Chief Guest and jurist, and Special Guest to be felicitated respectively. 
The Musical show of Gatha Rahe Mera Dil, celebrated on the occasion of the Foundation Day for two days, echoed with the memorable playback numbers in Hindi and Telugu, proving the ultimate mantra of Indian Culture - unity  in diversity.  
24 budding singing stars in the Juniors category  and 11 in the Seniors category from different educational Institutions of  Sri Prakash gave  their performances in Round -1, the singers choice round  on 18th August, the eve of the Foundation Day. 
They were judged by Supreme Sekhar, an accomplished singer and G Rama Rao,  a versatile keyboard player. The audience enjoyed the lively performances of the two maestros as well.
The 13 contestants in juniors category and 6 contestants in the seniors category who were through round 1 , gave their performances in round 2.3 and 4 respectively on the Foundation Day, 19th August.
The entire arena vibrated with the lively songs as the contestants  heartfully rendered  the compositions of musicians Sri K V Mahadevan and Sri. S D Burman and the lyrics of Irsadh Kamil and Chandra Bose . 
The special Pakhawaj concert by the Chief Guest Sri. Balaz Virag left the audience spell bound . This was the first time that the Gatha Rahe Mera Dil stage had a classical musician from the west as the Guest of Honour.
Later the Guest of honour and jurist Smt. T E Rani gave a rendering of beautiful songs.  On this special occasion the International Yoga Master Sri. V Durga Prasad was felicitated for his remarkable services to the society through Yoga.
Sri. Ch V K Narasimha Rao ,  Secretary & Correspondent , Sri Prakash Educational Society, addressed  the gathering on working towards a better society by following good practices in life. 
The Guests were honoured with mementoes  by Sri Ch Vijay Prakash, Joint Secretary , Sri Prakash Educational Society.

The cheif guest of the occasion Sri.P.Appalaraju, Circle Inspector of Payakaraopeta has been honored. He has stated in his speech that students have to follow instructions being given by parents and to fulfill their dreams through strong will power and discipline. He has even further stated that every citizen has to remember the fruits of freedom and perseverance of freedom fighters. Dr. K. Veerraju, the principal of SPACES degree college, has inspired the young minds with his valuable speech  that students must obey the teachers and elders to have good progress in life. Sri. Gorati Venkanna, the famous poet and singer, was the 12th recipient of Veturi puraskara. The awardee was felicitated with 150 books in the form of a garland. He said that it was a great honour for him to have his turn this year to receive the prestigious award.

He hailed Veturi as the matchless maestro of playback literature...His pen could wield mesmerizing magic to touch and move any heart... He was the maestro to have proved that intricate feelings could be evoked with the simplest possible words.... He exhorted the youth to love literature as there are multiple opportunities for language lovers in today's world of commanding communication.

The famous Odissi dancer Sriradha Paul, a choreographer from Indonesia, and researchers Joko Sudibyo, the famous flutist Dimas Adinata Raharja, and classical dancer from Bhubaneswar Sanjeev Kumar Jena have actively attended this festive program. The scene from the Ramayana in which Sita was abducted by Ravana has performed in Odissi dance, the character of Jatayu has characterized in Indonesian dance would become the feast of eyes to all. They all have stated in their speeches that the nucleus of this program is to inculcate Indian culture and values through Nritya Milan.
