Objective : To observe and name the different types of plants .
Today , we have gone to fieldtrip to our Payakaraopeta campus to show different types of plants. First, children have observed the trees such as , papaya tree ,mango tree , banana tree , coconut tree , Jack fruit tree, palm tree, tamarind tree,etc… By seeing all the trees children could identify their features such as, shape, size and colour. Children have found that some trees are tall and big leaves, some are short and bussy and some have huge woody trunks . And also they have felt the texture of the tree trunks. They also viewed some plants, such as curry leaves , hibiscus, ilachi..etc. This trip made the children know the different types of plants and their names. Children really enjoyed the trip by exploring nature .
