All the educationalists believe that children should be given a stress free learning method. Learning should be both from the books and nature. That is the reason for the well-known educational institutions try to frame their curriculum in such a way that should be readily accepted by the students.
In order to inculcate the above qualities among the students of Sri Prakash Junior, the college management has designed a special programme and named it SPICE (Sri Prakash Intermediate Creative Energies) with a tag line β€œUP IN ORBIT” "In orbit" is an idiom that means to be thrilled or delighted, especially about someone's success. Sri Prakash Junior College, recently conducted β€œSPICES”, a cultural programme, in two phases 1st phase for boys and the 2nd phase for girls, with a lot of recreational activities. Such programmes aim to bring young people together to showcase their skills in a supportive environment. They are a way to celebrate talent, promote national integration, and encourage cultural exchange and unity among diverse groups. We believe this type of programmes would not only make the students to release the stress of learning but also help them to identify their hidden talents and event management skills. In both the programmes the students have exhibited their creative talents equally. Wonderful dance numbers both new and old melodies were displayed by the students with lots and lots of energy levels. Group songs sung by the students caught the attention of the audiences. Standup comedy programmes were exhibited by several students. Some funny games were also conducted separately for the students and staff members. At one level all the staff members were surprised that their young pupils could exhibit such energy levels. Truly it was a memorable event. Cultural Programme followed by food sharing, very nicely managed by the students. Sri. V.V.S.S. Bhanu Murthy, principal, Sri Prakash Junior College appreciated the performance of the students and wished the students would keep up the same spirit through out their learning period.
Heads of all Sri Prakash Institutions were present on the occasion.
