The 56th National Library Week Celebrations

The mind is not a vessel to be filled, but a fire to be ignited.

True to this saying a school is the place which helps ignite a passion for learning new things and acquiring knowledge for students and the library in a school is the treasure house of knowledge. As a part of 56th National library week celebrations various events were conducted from 14th November to 20th November by the District Library organisation, East Godavari at Government Library, Tuni.  Our students participated in various cocurricular competitions, which included Drawing, Essay writing, Elocution, Quiz and brought laurels to the school. K. Kartikeya varma, G. Chaitanya Vignesh and M. Neel Avinash of Grade X accomplished 1st place in Quiz under Senior category. G. Krishna Chandana of grade 10 Secured 2nd place in elocution under Senior category. In drawing competition under Junior’s category, T. Gangothri of grade VIII bagged 2nd place. The students received certificates and books as prizes.
