Chekumuki District Level Science sambaralu conducted by JANA VIGNANA VEDIKA a prestigious event was hosted in Sri Prakash Tuni campus for 2 days on 19.12.17 and 20.12.17. the students from different mandals of the district participated in the event. Essay Writing, Poster making & Group song competitions were conducted as part of the fair on 19.12.17. Mr. Anand, a member of Jana Vignana Vedika and a keen astronomical enthusiast explained in detail about constellations, zodiac signs, about the solar system, black holes, galaxies etc. to the students and other participants through the Sky watch show at 8p.m.
For 2 days, our students of classes VI to IX carried out science @ school, a science fair which attracted all the students & parents and received appreciation for their excellent performance. A wonderful Magic show was organized by Mr. Ramesh, General Secretary Of All India Peoples’s Network, who explained the science behind every magic and tricks that were generally used to perform as magic.
The event was attended by the District Convener Narasimha Rao, District President K.M.M.R.Prasad, District General Secretary K.V.V.Satyanarayana, District Convenor Of Science And Technology Mr. K.Krishna Sai, District Vice President M.V.N.Ambika Prasad Chekumukhi science sambaralu organization and other members.
The function concluded with the presentation of prizes to all the winners in various competitions by Dr. Stalin a senior member of Jana Vignana Vedika.
The closing ceremony was attended by a huge student community. All the students of our school and the visitors and participants of various private and government schools had a great time as they came to know the hidden science in various aspects.
