Investiture Ceremony 2024-25 @ SPVN

Sri Prakash in its style of celebrating events showcased its grandeur in investiture ceremony here on Thursday, 25th July, 2024. Investiture ceremony provides great opportunity to the students to show their confidence, trust and reliability while executing the responsibilities in school. Proceedings of the programme started with the prayer. The chief guest Lt. Col. Neeraj Kumar, Commanding Officer, 13 Andhra NCC BN, was special attraction of the ceremony and the gathering witnessed a grand welcome of him. He congratulated all the newly elected school captains, vice captains and council members of different houses. In his address, he spoke about the importance of being a leader to a group or society depends on persistence and resilience of the person who always treats himself as the best every time. He added other students who are not part of these responsibilities should also feel they are the best. He made the students echoing his words with an excitement among them. He hoisted the National Flag and the school flag. Later, he received the guard of honour by the parade. Newly elected members were introduced by their profiles briefly. Students’ march past left an indelible mark on the gathering with its style of rhythmic drumbeats. At the time of oath, students pledged to uphold the values and interests of the school without misusing any obligation given to them. Congratulating all the members of school and the different houses, Joint Secretary Ch. Vijay Prakash, in his speech emphasized the importance of service to the nation. Great personalities like Mother Theresa and M. S. Swaminathan are always admired, respected and remembered forever by people for their invaluable service to the mankind. He said students should inculcate such heights of spirits in their minds to excel their country to have financial stability, boosting field of science and technology and trusting health care systems. After felicitation of the chief guest, students were awarded certificates. In this event, the senior principal MVVS Murthy, Heads of the State Board and CBSE, D. V. Srinivas and Mrs. Aparna, teaching and non- teaching staff took part.
