In order to inculcate the above qualities among the students of Sri Prakash Junior, the college management has designed a special programme and named it SPICE (Sri Prakash Intermediate Creative Energies) with a tag line “UP IN ORBIT”<br>"In orbit" is an idiom that means to be thrilled or delighted, especially about someone's success. Bhanu Murthy, principal, Sri Prakash Junior College has briefed the importance of the programme and wished the students would grab the opportunity to exhibit their talents and reach the required energy levels. SPICE 2024 was celebrated in two phases. First one for Sri Prakash Junior College Boys’ wing and second one for Sri Prakash Junior College Girls’ wing.<br>In both the programmes the students have exhibited their creative talents equally. Wonderful dance numbers both new and old melodies were displayed by the students with lots and lots of energy levels. Group songs sung by the students caught the attention of the audiences. Stand up comedy programmes were exhibited by several students. Some funny games were also conducted separately for the students and staff members. At one level all the staff members were surprised that their young pupils could exhibit such energy levels. Hence, Sri Prakash Educational Institutions realise the fact and designed a tailored programme “ATHIDI”, inviting specialists in different fields to inspire and interact with the students. This would definitely help the children to get motivated.<br>Motivation is important because it's a guiding force for human behavior and can help people accomplish their goals.<br>On 23rd August, the management, staff and students arranged “ATHITHI” programme. The “Athithi” on that day was one of our alumni, Mr. Akash Devangan, who did his secondary and senior secondary schooling with Sri Prakash Vidyaniketan, CBSE wing. Recently, he completed his graduation from the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology, Tiruvananthapuram and got a job opportunity in the Indian Space Research Organisation soon to become a scientist there.<br>Before interacting with the students, he shared his feeling how he was treated, taught and trained by both teaching and non-teaching faculty members during his stay at Sri Prakash Vidhya Soudham. <br>He quoted the great saying of Former President Sri. A.P.J. Kalam, “Dream, Dream, Dream. Dreams transform into thoughts and thoughts result in action.”  <br>He reiterated that one should identify oneself to motivate oneself. For this, he told the four mantras of success designed by Sri. A.P.J. Kalam, professor, aerospace engineer, “I will have great aim; I will continuously acquire knowledge; I will do hard work; and I will persevere and succeed”.<br>Very humbly he agreed, Sri. A.P.J. Kalam was that hidden and guiding force to ignite his latent talents and to accomplish his goal to reach the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology.
