Teachers Day -2017

Sri Prakash Vidhya Niketan always comes forward to open up the inherent talents of the children and teachers to inbuilt in them versatility. The teachers’ day is a special day for the appreciation of teachers and includes celebration to honor them for their special contribution. As part of this, teachers are made to participate in many activities like panel discussion, singing, dancing, skits and games. The panel discussion was conducted this year in the topic “Should Teachers Read Books Other Than Their Prescribed Subject Books”. Teachers from all over campuses participated in various games and final panel discussion was conducted on 4th September .on this day all the panel members have spoken on the questions posed. It went on very interesting and finally all are given book mementos. Many teachers have participated in many skits which are thought provoking. Winners are given book mementos. As it is said “A book is a gift you can open again and again”. Every year teachers at Sri Prakash are gifted with a book and this year a book named “Seven Habits for Highly Effective People” was given. All teachers enjoyed and made the evening a remarkable day.On 5th September students of class VIII, IX & X are given a golden opportunity to teach students of lower classes just like their teachers who do regularly.  While the selected student teachers were conducting the classes’ external observers from Payakarao Peta branch have attended their demos and allotment of marks was done. Each student teacher has tried to do their best by not only taking up classes seriously but also maintained discipline and decorum of the school.

It was indeed a very pleasant day for all!

At the end of the evening the students are gathered to share their experiences. Children could realize the hard efforts of a teacher and expressed their hearty tributes to all the teachers. They came to know that it’s one of the hardest jobs and hence it is the most rewarded forever.
