Students of Class 5 of Sri Prakash Vidyaniketan, had an exciting and educational visit to the local Fire Station as part of their experiential learning programme.
The visit gave students an opportunity to learn about the important role of firefighters and the services they provide to the community. The students observed the fire engines and equipment used during rescue operations and learned about basic fire-safety measures.
The firefighters explained how they respond to emergencies, rescue people, and work as a team. Students also interacted with the firefighters and asked questions about their duties, safety equipment, and emergency situations.
The visit helped students connect their classroom learning with real-life experiences and understand the importance of courage, teamwork, discipline, responsibility, and safety.
It was an informative and memorable experience for all the students, leaving them with greater respect and appreciation for our firefighters and their service to society.
