National Sports Day

National sports day is celebrated on 29th august making the birthday of Dhyan Chand, the hockey player who won gold medals in Olympics of r 6 times for India in the years 1928,1932&1936.He scored over 400 goals in his career from 1926 to 1948.As it is said without a ‘GURU’ no child’s inherent talents are excelled. Dhyan Chand was trained by Pankaj Gupta his first coach who made him master in ball dribbling & goal scoring.On this day we invited an Athidi Mr.M.Ram Kumar Sifu for Ninja Dragons Sports Academy who is best coach for boxing and chess boxing. He enlightened students how health can be preserved and enhanced by having body fitness. Fitness can be achieved through sports. He also motivated many students to have interest in sports. A boxing performance was given by his students to advocate the need of self- defence through sports. The students enjoyed the boxing performance and got inspired to take up sports activities. The day ended with our guest congratulating the winners with mementos for the games in which they participated on this occasion.
