On 22.07.19, students of Sri Prakash Vidya Nikethan ,Payakaraopeta, grade -3 were given an opportunity to visit pottery ground, to observe the preparation of pots using the potter’s wheel. They have observed & explored how the pots, vessels, kiddy banks are made with the clay, water wooden stick, and thread etc .Children came to know the pots are made using the wheel and then they dry them in the sunlight and burnt to make them strong. Then they decorate them with colours and designs. Later they were send to market for sale. Children understood the invention of wheel changed the life of people in making pots, transportation etc….
