The festival Vasanth Panchami holds profound religious significance among Hindus. The Goddess of knowledge, Saraswati is worshipped this day.This festival is a preparation for the arrival of spring. On this auspicious occasion, Prakashites performed Pooja, chanted hymns in praise of Goddess Saraswati to acquire knowledge. Grade-10 students performed pooja.They worshipped with flowers.The teachers expressed the significance of the day with their articles. The students chanted slokas of Goddess Saraswati.Teachers and Students actively participated in the event and took holy prasadam of Goddess Saraswati

We are happy to share that Chy. Machneni Apoorva of Grade- 7CBSE, P.R peta stood District Second in the 34th Ramanujan National Mathematics Competition organized by A Non- Profitable Voluntary Mathematical Service Organization, Ramachandrapuram. The Preliminary test was conducted on 24th September 2023. 22 students from Grade-6to 7 were selected for the final exam. The final exam was conducted on 19th November 2023. M. Apoorva stood District Second in the East Godavari district

As a part of 56th National Library Week celebrations, the event was grandly begun by the village president of Payakaraopeta, Sri G. Usha Sri Prasad on 14th Nov, 2023 here in Payakaraopeta library. Students from Sri Prakash Vidyaniketan participated in various events conducted from 14.11.2023 to 20.11.2023. Our students bagged prizes under Junior and Senior category. M.D.S.Gayatri & Joyce susan of class 8 bagged first and second prizes in singing competition under senior category. V.Lakshitha and Ch.Rithvik of class 7 bagged first prize in quiz under junior's category. M.S.V.Sathvik ,M.H.K.K.Anjan and P.G.E.Puneeth bagged first prize in quiz under senior category. M.Suhas pardhu,B.Sowmya sri,P.Rachana.bagged all three prizes in Yoga under juniors category and G.Harshavardhini sri of class 8 bagged first prize in Yoga under seniors category.

Sri Prakash always encourages students to build all round development through their inner strength which is possible with the help of Yoga. The team of B. Devansh Naidu, G. Soma Surya Charan, Rakshit and Navaneet secured the second position at Yoga under-14 category in South Zone which was conducted on 20th and 21st at Vilvakulam Akshara Public School in Tamil Nadu State and G. Surya Charam secured the fourth position in the under-14 boys individual yoga category. They are going to participate National Level Yoga Competitions in the month of December.

    Sri Prakash always encourages students to be active in both academics and games & sports which is the core norm. Class-X Students P. Divya Sai, M. Harsha Veena, M. Mohanaga Lakshmi and S. Niyantha of SPVN, CBSE have participated in Basketball, District Level which has been conducted in Visakhapatnam and they have bagged 1st place. Chy.P. Divya Sai of class – X has got selected in State Level Basketball as she has shown her last drop of sweat to grab the opportunity.
