The season of spring is the king of all seasons because it has the most pleasant weather. There is natural greenery everywhere, all the trees and plants get new leaves and new flowers bloom all around, there are birds all around chirping... The arrival of spring was celebrated by the nursery kids with great excitement. Colourful hangings related to the spring season could be seen everywhere which gave a festive look to the school ground.  A miniature garden was decorated with colourful flowers, butterflies, bees, etc. depicting the theme of spring. Students made different flowers with crepe papers. Different stalls were arranged for the competitions of “Potted Lassi” and “Water Melon” salad for the parents. There was a spring party for the students. Parents and teachers served the children different food items. There was music in the air and the aroma of traditional food was all around.  A colourful day came to an end with lots of happy faces as the students expressed their joy, whole heartedly welcoming the spring.
