SPACES Degree College aims to provide value-based education to students from rural backgrounds, preparing them to face the national and international job market while ensuring parents' satisfaction. The college follows the motto "Sheelena Sobhate Vidya," which emphasizes the importance of good character, humility, surrender, and gratitude in the pursuit of knowledge and talents. We believe that education shines only with good character.

The college believes in Indian roots with international standards and provides spacious, well-ventilated classrooms and highly qualified teachers. Many students come from neighboring villages within a radius of 30-40 kilometers just like raw diamonds, and the college strives to polish them like diamonds through dedicated faculty members to make them to be one of the achievers at the Global Job Market.

“Grass Roots” is that programme developed for those who lack the talent of spoken English.

The college emphasizes on the development of talents such as teamwork, willingness to learn, self motivation, communication, and leadership qualities to enable students to become achievers in the global job market. The day starts with an assembly that includes a Sanskrit Sloka, instilling trust and belief in teachers and inculcating values through participation in the morning assembly.

SPACES Degree College management strongly believes, “Ä strong mind lives in a strong body”. The college also focuses on physical health and sports, providing ample opportunities for students to learn and practice various games and participate in national-level competitions. Value  education is  considered the need of the hour and the college invites eminent personalities from different professions to talk to students about the  importance  of ethical values.

Many students won gold medals in inter collegiate, Association of Indian Universities sports and games competitions in the categories of Rope skipping, shooting ball, Women's hockey, Women's cricket etc.

SPACES Degree College also promotes social responsibility and giving back to the society. It organizes blood donation camps, visits to old age homes on Grand Parents’ Day, and provides assistance to those in need during natural disasters. The college aims to create a positive environment on campus and help students develop qualities like respecting elders and avoiding bad company.

Overall, the college strives to create a healthy learning environment where students can be happy, responsible, and morally upright individuals, meeting the expectations of parents and preparing them for a successful future.

Keeping in view the various hurdles faced by the rural students, SPACES Degree College even organizes support  classes and special drives for  slow learners for them to cope up with the emerging demands  of modern education. To ensure strong concept building, classes  are also equipped with interactive smart panels.

SPACES Degree College has a history of successful campus placements, with 202 students receiving job offers from various pharmaceutical, IT, chemical, and biotechnology companies in 2022. The college encourages participation in extracurricular activities like NCC, NSS, sports, and  games, and is  proud of the NCC cadets who have taken part in the Republic Day celebrations in New Delhi each year.
